Before this, my life was a cycle of work, sleep, wake up again and do the same routine. Now, I have something to do and look forward to. I was running at a thousand miles per hour, pulling 15-hour days, thinking chaos was the only way to succeed. What drew me to this program was how digestible it was - just 15-20 minutes a day. I'm putting the kids to bed, I'm back on my laptop, and when does that stop, and then it's the next day, and what is going to come next? The tipping point was my mom passing away. I carried a lot of guilt from not spending more time with her as I worked and enjoyed myself, living in London and in different places around the world. I thought the most realistic way for me to make her proud of me was something that was sustainable. My diary now starts with what I need to do to live my life how I need to. The thing I'm most proud of is the feeling of habits forming. I don't feel like there is a potential black cloud on the horizon"
